Provenance

Anglesey lends itself naturally to salt production, thanks to the huge mussel bed that lies around its coastline. The mussels help filter the seawater to create pure white sea salt crystals, as beautiful as they are delicious.

Provenance

Pronounced chore-reeth-oh, this Spanish sausage originated on the Iberian peninsula and gets its trademark smoky flavour and distinctive red colour from Pimentón (the Spanish word for Paprika).
